It's possible to build a business at full intensity while your personal life is asking everything of you at the same time. Since the TUB Bootcamp, before I ever signed up for A2A, one mission has quietly driven everything I've built: preparing myself, my family, and my business for the next biggest event of our lives. Here's what that mission actually produced: Officially built and soft launched my new website, including a full brand overhaul. 1.5 years in the making, now live. Locked in $400,000+ in new development projects, using the systems I built across my scheduled tasks, skills, Sales, Marketing, and Client Success workspaces. I'm now documenting and recording those processes to streamline my Ops going forward. I did this with real confidence in my systems, because I've audited, adjusted, and optimized them to run with me in the pursuit of growth and scale. And through all of it, I welcomed our second baby into the world just under two weeks ago. Even in the middle of sleep deprivation and physical recovery, I stepped into this season without spiraling into overwhelm or losing my grip on where my business was headed. That is not something I could have said a year ago. I'm a solopreneur technically on maternity leave, or the version of it you get when running a business on your own, and I am on track to close in on $1,000,000 in revenue secured this year. I don't say that to impress this room. I say it because this room, and every system, playbook, and skill built inside it, is a direct reason I could walk into the hardest season of my life without losing my business or myself. You didn't just help me grow a business. You helped build the version of me who could hold a company and a newborn at the same time, without breaking, and know exactly what I was standing on.

We landed a new client for our full product line, plus two offers we had not even officially sold before. The original opportunity started as a client engagement, but through the work we've been doing in A2A, we were able to see it differently: not just as a project, but as the beginning of a repeatable product ecosystem. The client is now moving forward with us to build out their CRM and our full Revenue Generator System including Speed-to-Lead, Pipeline Revival, and Revenue Continuity plus we're also creating a brand-new offer called Best Customer Blueprint. The purpose of Best Customer Blueprint is to identify a company's true top customers, analyze what makes them valuable, and reverse-engineer their ideal client profile from real revenue, behavior, and customer data, not guesses. What started as a product pitch ended up landing our largest client and is now shaping into a projected $1,000,000 product line across the blueprint, lead generation, and ICP-based messaging. The biggest shift for us was realizing that AI is not just helping us deliver faster. It is helping us see entirely new revenue opportunities inside work we were already doing. This feels like such a big unlock: instead of building custom work one client at a time, we're starting to build productized intelligence systems that can scale. A2A is genuinely changing the way we see our business. We're not just using AI to get tasks done. We're using it to design new offers, create new revenue streams, and turn client work into assets.
  • Landed their largest client to date
  • Two offers sold that had never officially launched

Had a huge win on Thursday July 9th. I was hosting a webinar, but that week I had 3 big fires pop up. Wednesday night came and I realized that I didn't have slides or a script. Freak out Time 9000. But then I remembered that Sensei Callan has trained me for such battles. So Thursday I woke up at 4am and created a SuperPrompt. Threw that into Claude, and luckily it could reference my knowledge base and all the awesomeness that I've built in A2A. (And yes, I still feel woefully behind.) Within 10 minutes I had a kick butt script. 5 stages, 40 minutes start to finish. It wasn't perfect, I wanted more of my own stories. So I just WhisprFlowed those specific stories into the different stages. 20 people showed to the webinar and 11 took the offer! A 55% conversion rate.
  • 55% conversion, 11 of 20 attendees took the offer
  • Full webinar script in 10 minutes, 5 stages, 40 minutes long

Big win after our Replit session this week. I built a site for my brother's art which focused on a presale drop of a hat he designed in celebration of the NY Knicks win! He had almost $10k in pre-sales within the first hour!

WIN!! After yesterday's training on building an app, I scoped out the build of an app for our all-team 3-day offsite later this year. Sent the build scope over to our scrappy developer and he whipped up a BEAUTIFUL, INCREDIBLY FUNCTIONING APP IN LESS THAN 20 MINUTES. He couldn't have done that without the insane detail put into that build scope and I couldn't have put that level of detail in without the skills you generously shared!! Plus, it took MAYBE 90 minutes total between me and the developer. Can you imagine how long it would've taken us to build that thing manually? Forget it!
  • Developer shipped a working app in under 20 minutes
  • 90 minutes total across both of them
  • Days of manual work, gone

OH MY GOODNESS! I just created a future. I remembered most of the steps to build 'world class' skill, BUT not everything. So I turned to CalChat. And that took me down a path I never could've seen coming. One thing led to another and after about 6 hours I ended up creating a curriculum skill! AND THEN I used it to finalize a curriculum and then score to improve it. Amazing power moves. I have been messing around with for over a year. A year, friends... a year with so little progress. I built the curriculum, the brand foundation, ICP, core doctrine, methodology with real IP, offer architecture, landing page copy, funnel flow, workshop structure. Tomorrow, phase 2 and visibility. I am such a good tired. Thank you Callan and team, just thank you!
  • Curriculum, brand, ICP, and offer in one session
  • Weeks of manual work in six hours
  • Replaced a piecemeal approach with one structured pass

I just want to say thank you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the program you have created. Bonnie Koo is a long time friend and colleague. She contacted me right before close and i signed up trusting her and not knowing the depth of what you created. I am an obesity med doc married to a psychiatrist, so between the 2 of us we have 15 yrs of frameworks managing mental-emotional/nervous system regulation-physical-community health, and never could we ever intuitively guide people at scale. Your program is allowing this and more. In the past 24 hours, my IP had created the app i almost paid 150k for. Only better. I am grateful. I am inspired. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart. I would love to share at some point.
  • Built in 24 hours the app she almost paid $150K for

I run a plumbing company. Our field crew was constantly struggling with calling the office to hunt down the right plan set or spec sheets for a job, the guys that were in the office struggled with finding in dropbox which planset was most current. So I built a Replit app that connects our job management system (Jobber) to our file storage (Dropbox). A crew member taps a link on the job, and the most current plans or specs open on their phone or tablet, always the newest version, pulled from the right folder automatically. No extra places for them to go or extra software, just built into the Jobber app they already know with a custom field. I also wrote a runbook and an SOP so my team can run and maintain it without me. The office staff have one extra step when they set a job up in jobber to create the custom link created by the replit app and that gets pasted into the custom field in jobber. Thousands of dollars and hundreds of hours of potential mistakes with old/bad information is avoided.
  • Field crew pulls current plans on their phones, no calls to the office
  • Runbook and SOP written so the team maintains it without her

Almost every company is using AI yet very few are getting real leverage out of it.

Here's what I mean by that:

  • You trained AI on your brand and it still gets you fifty percent of the way there, so someone rewrites every post anyway
  • Your pricing, your client stories, your voice, your process. None of it sits anywhere AI can actually reach
  • AI is not connected to your CRM, your email, or your calendar, so every task starts with exporting something
  • Nobody is on top of timelines, budgets, reminders, and client updates except a human who is also doing four other jobs
  • Every lead gets followed up by a person who remembers to, and the ones nobody remembers just go quiet
  • Invoices get tracked, paid, and reconciled by a human, every month, forever
  • Onboarding a new client still means someone walking them through it live, the way it worked in 2019
  • There's no training manual, no SOPs, no step-by-step for any role, so every new hire learns by asking whoever's nearest

And most importantly, everyone has gotten faster at their own work, but the numbers that run your business look exactly the same as they did last year.

Everything we teach in A2A is the exact system we used to go from $4.2M to $20.9M in 2026 so far.

$4.2M
$20.9M

The Uncommon Business

We built this business in an uncommon way. $4.2M in 2025, $20.9M in 2026 including a $19.5M launch, and at that milestone the whole company ran on 36 humans and 150+ AI employees working alongside them. Today, we are a team of 70+ humans, with each supported by their own AI employees. Humans and AI together is the entire reason for the number. Our people got to stay in their zone of genius and each one of them did the work of several.

That's what A2A is actually for. Not AI for its own sake. A company that is easier to run at the end of it than it was at the start.

AI Business Brain

You cannot have an AI-powered business without an AI-committed founder.

If it's not a part of performance reviews, if there's no vision for each role in an AI-powered future, if the founder doesn't understand what's possible, none of this trickles down. If you want your team to build, you have to build first.

The payoff: You stop being the person who runs the business and become the person who grows it. You live in imagination and strategy instead of implementation and doing.

An AI Architect sees a bottleneck and solves it by building an AI employee.

They spot, they train, they build. Most people use AI like a gumball machine: put a quarter in, get one thing out, repeat. An AI Architect builds the factory. Every person on your team can learn to think this way.

The payoff: Your team goes from doing the work to designing the work — and every person on it becomes exponentially more valuable.

A trained digital helper that does real work inside your business.

Each AI employee handles a specific body of work, either on demand when you call it or on a schedule while you sleep. It knows your business, your voice, your data, and your processes. It does work that humans shouldn't be doing anymore, or work that nobody ever had time to do in the first place.

The payoff: Scale with a lean team. Your best people do their best work. You stop hiring unnecessarily.

Everything your business knows, structured so AI can actually use it.

Your data, knowledge, client stories, SOPs, brand voice, and processes — organized so AI can access it, use it, and work with it. Right now your business knowledge is scattered everywhere. Without a Business Brain, every AI employee you build is guessing.

The payoff: Infinite scale. If a human leaves, the business never stops. Complexity drops. And it compounds — getting smarter and more valuable the longer it runs.

If you're missing any one of these layers, the other three don't work.
By the end of the program, you'll have all four.

*AI is moving fast. Our team is constantly testing new tools as they're released, so the curriculum may shift along the way. Any changes we make are designed to give you the most valuable, up-to-date training possible.

The people you already have

Your best people are spending most of their week on work that is beneath them.

You hired a marketing lead for her judgment, and she spends Tuesday reformatting a deck. You hired an ops manager for her thinking, and half her week goes to chasing status updates. Everyone on your team was hired for the top twenty percent of their job, and almost all of them are buried in the other eighty.

That is not a people problem and it is not a hiring problem. It's a work distribution problem, and it's the one AI employees actually solve.

When an AI employee takes the reporting, the chasing, the formatting, and the following up, nobody on your team gets smaller. They get BIGGER. Your marketing lead gets her Tuesdays back and spends them on the campaign she's been describing to you for six months. Your ops manager stops being a status update service and starts redesigning the process that keeps breaking.

We are not telling you to stop hiring. We are telling you to stop burying the people you already have.

And the same thing happens to you.

Right now most founders and leaders spend the entire day in execution. Following up, updating, reporting, scheduling, formatting, chasing, checking. By the time all of it is done, there is nothing left for the work that actually grows the business.

When AI employees handle the execution, you get your brain back.

We ❤️ humans

We are not saying stop hiring humans. We love humans.

AI employees do not replace your team. They replace the WORK your team shouldn't be doing in the first place. Humans build the relationships. Humans make the judgment calls. Humans bring the creativity, the empathy, and the leadership no AI can touch. This company exists to TRAIN humans, not to replace them.

But the human's role is changing. The most valuable human in the room is no longer the one who can do the most work. It's the one who can build the systems that do the work.

The goal is to promote your people to AI Architects, not replace them. They go from doing the work to designing the work. And when that happens, your humans become exponentially more valuable, not less.

Looking back, I'm kind of shocked by how much changed. A few of my biggest builds: KeepBookers Business Brain: 71 knowledge files across 6 Claude workspaces. It reviews new information from my Claude conversations, flags what needs updating, and when I approve it, updates the actual files and my Notion system too. 20+ custom skills and workflows: Including cleanup diagnostics, Loom-to-SOP, sales call coaching, email systems, daily briefs, and client-specific projects my team now uses. Clarity Dashboard: What started as an A2A build became a new advisory offer I'm now selling to bookkeeping clients. My Mac mini AI worker: A dedicated AI agent that works through assigned tasks while I sleep, with its own rules, approval gates and task logs. And my newest build: I used Cowork to create a searchable HTML archive of our A2A Slack so I can keep the posts, threads, comments and resources from the whole program. The tangible part: I manage 30 client files, and I estimate these systems are saving me around 30+ hours a month while creating room for new services and more clients.

Last week I scheduled my first task, and it turned out to be the perfect wrap-up of everything we've been learning in A2A. It's a workflow that scans my unread emails, identifies potential leads, classifies them in a Notion table, drafts a personalized reply for each one based on my playbook and my voice, books a call directly with the ones who confirm, and follows up with anyone who hasn't answered in more than 5 days. When it finishes, it reviews the Notion table and updates it as needed. After giving this skill feedback for a few weeks and layering in what I learned in the program, it's working like magic. A flow that used to take me a few hours a day now runs in minutes, so I can spend my time where it actually matters: on calls with my Tier A leads. THANK YOU A2A team for everything you've showed us! I feel so empowered!

Win: I scheduled my first Cowork skill to run every Sunday on autopilot (and built a skill directory in Notion). Saved myself at least 5 hours this week, and it's going to keep saving me time every single week from here. Here's what I built: a visual Skills Library in Notion that shows every AI skill I have inside n/volve collective, organized by department, status, difficulty, time to run, and whether it's 'Natalie Friendly' (aka can my assistant should be running using it). This was 100% inspired by Callan and the team's TUB Connect skills list. I loved being able to see every skill in one place and actually know what I have and how to use it. I'm a visual person, so a folder full of skill files wasn't cutting it. I needed to SEE it. Figuring out the design, right categories, copying the content over, coming up with the descriptions, structuring the database, deciding on views... that alone would've taken me forever solo. But the real unlock is the Sunday automation. I'm adding skills fast right now, so this means my library never goes stale and I never have to remember to update it. Small thing. Huge unlock. A lot of future time saved.
  • 5+ hours saved this week, recurring every week after
  • First Cowork skill scheduled to run every Sunday
  • Notion Skills Library built for the whole company

I didn't join A2A with a big strategy. I joined because of an intuitive hit, a gut feeling I couldn't ignore. I'm so glad I listened. At the time, I was running a $300k consulting business. One year later, it's at $700k. I've become known as the AI person in my industry, and paid speaking invitations come in almost every week. The ROI on this program has been insane. It pays you back in proportion to what you put in, and I went all in. I implemented everything, and it's paid for itself many, many times over. The growth has been wild and so much fun. If you're feeling that same pull, trust it. It all started here for me.

Who we are

We are a human training company.

We adore AI because of what it does for the people using it. We teach the humans inside companies how to use AI to make the business stronger, and that is a different job than teaching AI.

We were first to market bringing live AI education to business leaders and their teams, starting in early 2024. 100,000 students from our paid and free programs and resources combined, and this is our 6th cohort of A2A.

Every framework, skill, and way of thinking about AI in this program is something we use inside our own business every single day. It is way harder to scale a business with AI than it is to build cool things with AI. That is what we have figured out. And that is what separates us from every AI influencer on YouTube.

What we are actually building toward

Not the goal

  • The smallest team possible
  • The most automated company
  • The most technical company

The goal

  • Great humans operating at a higher level
  • Less unnecessary work and complexity
  • Technology used where it creates the most leverage

We do not teach people to do more AI. We teach people to build better businesses with AI. More capable, more scalable, more profitable, and less dependent on work nobody should be doing in the first place.

And if I'm honest about what we're doing here, it goes deeper than any of that.

Most people are living and working in a way that was never designed for them. Doing tasks that drain them, stuck in the administrative and the mundane, never quite getting to the work that actually lights them up. I think that's a problem we can fix.

There was a version of you as a kid who could imagine anything. You'd sit there dreaming up businesses, inventions, whole worlds that didn't exist yet, and it felt like the most natural thing you'd ever done. Somewhere along the way most of us lost that. We got buried in spreadsheets and follow-ups and admin, and we forgot what it felt like to build something from nothing just because the idea excited us.

What we're building is a world where humans get to work at their highest level. Where the repetitive, soul-crushing work gets handed to AI employees, and the people get to do the thinking, the creating, the leading, the living.

We're giving people their imagination back.

Callan Faulkner, founder of The Uncommon Business
How I got here

Right out of college I watched genuinely talented people spend their entire day copying data from one spreadsheet into another.

I remember thinking: we built technology that can do almost anything, and this is what we're doing with it. That became my career for years — going inside large organizations, mapping how their operations actually worked, and designing systems to eliminate the parts that should never have required a human in the first place.

So I left. Found real estate investing, started building a land business, and ran straight into the exact same thing. Then this guy David kept pinging my phone: "Callan, watch this ChatGPT webinar." I finally caved.

The first demo changed everything. He recorded a Loom walking through a process, dropped the transcript into ChatGPT, typed one prompt, and out came a perfectly formatted SOP. I had been a technology automation consultant for years and I had never seen anything do that.

I am obsessed with finding the faster way. Always have been. I paused my land business, went all in on building AI systems inside my own company first, then started teaching other business owners how to do it. Free masterclasses, then a full program. The Uncommon Business went from zero to $4.2 million in 18 months with a team of seven — and then to $20.9M the next year with 36 humans and 150+ AI employees.

The difference between that company and the consulting company I had before: one was built on systems and one was built on me. Those are not the same thing at all.

Callan and the whole TUB team, I'm not sure you know how truly special what you have built actually is. I have been in SO many coaching containers and courses over the last two years as I try and build my coaching practice, and I want you to know how amazing the HUMANS behind this program actually are, and the AI you have built and trained are out here killing it. Every time I feel overwhelmed, I get supported. The community is positive and engaged. The team answering questions IRL, the CalChat handling questions before we even have to ask a human, the interactive and immersive training sessions, the level of transparency you weave into how you teach, the detail and intention you apply to the information you share, the recorded SuperHuman training videos, the weekly Q&A's... ALL OF IT is excellent. I'm literally happy crying as I type this, because even though I'm a little behind I don't feel alone, I don't feel lost, and I don't feel like I can't do this. And I really needed that right now. So from the bottom of my heart, just THANK YOU for building this stellar program.

That is what makes this different from watching a course. You are not learning how a business like yours COULD work. You are watching one work, live, and building your version alongside the people who run it.

One person can go through A2A. But the real transformation happens when your whole team does. Most people who enroll end up bringing their team. They said a fire-safety firm with NDAs on every project was 'too regulated for AI.' In ONE day I built my company's entire AI Business Brain, 15 workspace files, my real client language, my pricing, my team. The trick? One data-boundary guideline: knowledge in the AI, confidential data stays on our own servers. NDA-safe.

If you run a non-profit ALWAYS check if these tools have non-profit discount/pricing. I have been amazed and the discounts I am getting! With that, my 2 biggest wins are #1 creating ClarityOS, our internal AI philosophy and how our team will use it. #2, I received a free grant search from an online non profit company, trying to get me to upgrade to $200 yr. I ran the search. 516 grants came up. Since I couldnt download them I opened Claude for chrome to scan ALL the grants, put them in a spreadsheet, then I had it build a custom designed interactive dashboard. Because I have loaded a 64-page grant we sent last week, I can now click on the dashboard and it pulls data from that grant application to generate a letter of intent immediately to send to each of those foundations requesting a grant. IT WAS WILD.
  • 516 grants scanned and built into an interactive dashboard
  • Letters of intent generated from a 64-page application
  • ClarityOS built, their internal AI philosophy

Ummmm yeah, I just build a pricing configurator in Replit and Claude helped me write the brief, troubleshoot the app and make sure all data moved into my GHL CRM. $20 dollars for Replit. $17 for Claude. My time was about 6 hours. I would have spent $10k on this and taken months and had to work with someone in another country and still not gotten the great app the way it is. Actually I might NEVER have attempted it because it just wasn't on fire. Now I need to get my customers over to this page!!
  • $37 and six hours instead of the $10K she'd have spent
  • Pricing configurator wired into her CRM, live
  • A project that otherwise would never have existed

I was a franchisee for six and a half years and they exited Canada at the end of December. On January 1st we launched a new business doing exactly the same thing under a new brand. Now we're the ones who take care of all of the blog posts, the website, our clients, our team members, the products to be ordered, all of these things. I built a copywriter that does all of our blog posting. On Friday it presents me with three options for the next week's post, I select one, and by Monday it has drafted something and I just drop it into WordPress. That specific task alone was probably four or five hours a week. I had zero experience doing SEO. I'd lost my Google business page when I rebranded and we were showing up on page seven. I got a quote from someone whose job is exactly that and it was 12 to 20,000 dollars. Instead I used the skill from the course and it took me somewhere between 6 to 12 hours. Literally overnight I got to page three, and now I'm on page two. And today, an hour ago, we got an email from one of our national newspapers asking us to contribute to an article. Finally I had a weekend where I didn't open my computer once, or my email once, for the first time in a very long time.
  • 5 to 10 hours a week back
  • $12,000 to $20,000 quote avoided on SEO
  • Page seven to page two, and a national newspaper enquiry

Before A2A I didn't even know you could build with AI. I was just in the car listening to the Claude Code session of the course and I kept hearing them go, just have Claude build it. So I took them saying just have Claude do it quite literally. I built an operating system. It's got the pipeline, the wins, all the conversations from Instagram and Facebook in one place, my inbox, a fully editable calendar, booking pages, meeting intelligence that records and takes the notes, quizzes, surveys, marketing emails, DocuSign, payment links, subscriptions. I got tired of paying for Go High Level. The pieces that are currently integrated are saving me about $15,000 a year, and I'm mapping out another two or three K that can be knocked off. I moved about 30 websites off WordPress onto the new hosting. We're halfway through the month and I'm at $2. I have no coding background. I told it to. And now as I've been talking to people about what I've been building, people are like, can you build me this.
  • $15,000 a year in software eliminated, with another $2–3K mapped
  • Built a full operating system with no coding background
  • 30 websites migrated, hosting down to $2 for half a month

You might be thinking…

Questions we hear every cohort

"I don't have time for the program."
One 90-minute live implementation session a week and one office-hours session, both recorded. Outside of sessions you're building AI employees inside your own business. Most students spend 3 to 5 hours per week total, including the live sessions.
"I've tried AI courses before."
Other programs teach AI. We train you to build AI employees inside YOUR business with YOUR data. Most AI courses show you what's possible and leave you to figure out how to apply it. In A2A you're building real AI employees every week that are working inside your business before the next session starts. This curriculum has been refined across five cohorts before this one, our 6th.
"My business is too different. Will this work for my industry?"
Coffee roasters, chiropractors, HVAC companies, commercial fishermen, manufacturing firms, real estate agencies, $100M fashion brands, financial advisors, coaches, and digital intelligence firms have gone through this program. Every business has marketing, sales, operations, customer success, finance, and leadership. Those are the six departments we build. The AI employees look different for a plumber than a coaching company, but the framework is exactly the same.
"I'm not technical enough."
My dad is 67 and can barely share his screen on Zoom. He built a $10K/month AI business. Our COO had never coded a day in her life and built a full dashboard in 4 hours. I've never written a line of code either. AI is a communication skill, not a tech skill. If you can explain how your business works to a new hire, you can train an AI employee.
"Is the investment worth it?"
If A2A saves you from even one hire, it's a 9x return in Year 1. But the bigger value is the time: 79% of our Spring 2026 students got 3+ hours a week back in their business. Every week you wait is time you don't get back. And the pre-built AI employees and engineered prompts you receive on day one — already tested and running inside our business — are worth the investment on their own.
"Can I just figure this out on my own?"
If you have 40 to 60 hours of free time to spend learning, experimenting, and iterating, you absolutely can — over the next 6 to 12 months. But if you value shortcuts, this is what we've spent three years building: a system that takes you from wherever you are to a full AI-powered business. If AI skill alone was the answer, every Claude Code power user on YouTube would be running a $10M business. They're building toys, not businesses. We teach you how to scale a business with AI.
"Can I just hire a consultant?"
A consultant builds you one thing and leaves. We train your whole team to think this way. That's the difference between renting and owning. And a consultant doesn't know your voice, your customers, your standards — we've seen the "AI guy" content generators that produce work the founder would never use. Only you and your team can train AI to sound like you.
"It's just me. I don't have a team."
This is MORE for you than anyone else. Right now you ARE marketing, sales, operations, customer success, and finance. After A2A, your org chart is you plus a team of AI employees handling every department, running on a Claude Pro or Max plan plus the Notion and Google Drive you likely already use. Build your AI team first, then decide which humans you actually need.
"I only have a small team (2–5 people). Is this still for me?"
A small team might benefit the most. When you only have a few people, everyone wears every hat. The founders who come through with lean teams consistently say this is where the ROI hits hardest, because you're multiplying the output of every single person without hiring anyone.
"My team tried AI and it created more problems than it solved."
They got access to a tool with no training, no framework, and no guardrails. That's like hiring someone, not onboarding them, and being surprised when they do the job wrong. Inside A2A, every person on your team learns exactly what to build, how to build it, and what guardrails to put in place. The tinkering stops because there's nothing left to tinker with. It just works.
"AI is going to replace me or my team."
We grew to $20.9M with 36 humans and 150+ AI employees. Today we're 70+ humans, and every one of them builds with AI. Each person does the work of three or four — not by working harder, but because AI handles the tasks that were below their skill level anyway. The goal is to promote your people to AI Architects, not replace them. The person on your team who learns to build AI employees becomes the most valuable human in the room. That's a career accelerator, not a threat.
"My team will just tinker with it and stop doing their real job."
That happens with open-ended access and no direction. It doesn't happen when each person has one purpose-built AI employee designed for their specific role. Not 50 experiments. One tool that does one job well. Inside A2A, every person builds for THEIR workflows. The employee is built, trained, running — and they move on to the next one.
"I need to justify this to my CEO or leadership team."
If your team of 10 each saves 3 hours per week at a $50/hr loaded cost, that's $78,000 per year in recovered capacity. One avoided hire saves $75K to $84K. At that rate, A2A pays for itself in about six weeks of recovered capacity. We can help you build the ROI framework for your executive team — text us.
"When are the live sessions and what's the weekly time commitment?"
Live implementation sessions are Tuesdays from 12:00 to 1:30 PM Central. Office hours are Thursdays from 12:00 to 1:30 PM Central: bring whatever you're stuck on, ask it live, and work through it with the team in dedicated breakout rooms. Most students spend 3 to 5 hours per week total, including the live sessions.
"What if I can't make the live sessions?"
Everything is recorded and available inside TUB Connect for a full year. You can watch replays on your own schedule and still complete all the builds. The recordings count toward the Do the Work Guarantee requirements.
"Can I bring my team? Is there a team discount?"
Yes, and we strongly recommend it. Team seats are $1,500 each and you add them right on the checkout. You can add up to 9 seats on the checkout. Got a team of 10 or more? Text us for special Team Enrollment pricing.
"Who is Callan and why should I learn from her?"
Callan Faulkner is the founder and CEO of The Uncommon Business. She spent 15+ years in Fortune 500 consulting, went into real estate, then saw what was possible with AI in July 2023 and went all in. She's never written a line of code. She built TUB from zero to $4.2M in 18 months and to $20.9M the following year with 36 humans and 150+ AI employees. She leads the live implementation sessions and builds live systems in real time. You learn from someone actively scaling a business with AI every day, not someone teaching theory from a stage.
"How long do I have access to the materials?"
All recordings, curriculum, playbooks, and deliverables inside TUB Connect are available for one full year. The Vault is also available for one year. CalChat is available for the duration of the program. The AI employees and skills you build are yours forever.
"What tools do I need?"
A Claude Pro or Max subscription (we walk you through setup in Week 0). We also use Notion and Google Drive. No coding tools, no technical setup beyond that. We teach inside Claude because it's the most powerful tool for building AI employees, but the frameworks apply regardless of which AI tools you use.
