Everybody has beliefs that runs in the background of our thinking, without even realizing they're there. These are stories you've told yourself so many times that it became invisible, and it's quietly making every decision for you.

These are the most common objections we see most often in founders and leaders who know AI matters but haven't made the shift yet. They feel true to them, and some of them ARE partially true, but every single one of them is solvable.

SCRIPT #1: "I'm not technical enough for this."

This is the most common thing we hear and it's the most wrong. AI is not a technical skill. It's a communication skill. If you can explain how your business works to a new hire, you can train an AI employee. You're not writing code. You're not building software in the traditional sense. You're telling AI what your business does, how you talk, what your customers need, and what work needs to get done. That's it.

I have never coded a day in my life. I went to school for business. I loved my psychology class. I have personally built over 30 AI employees. Our COO built a $10,000/year software replacement in 4 hours with zero technical background. My DAD, Matt, is 67 years old and can barely share his screen on Zoom (love you, Dad lol). He built a $10K/month AI business. If my father can do this, I promise you can too. The people who do best in this program are clear communicators, not coders.

SCRIPT #2: "I've tried AI before and the output was terrible."

You're right. Most AI output IS terrible. If you open ChatGPT and type "write me an email," you're going to get something that sounds like a robot with a thesaurus. We hated it too.

But that's what happens when there's no system. The AI doesn't know your business, your voice, your customers, or your standards. It's guessing. When you build an AI employee using the framework we teach, it's trained on YOUR data, YOUR voice, and YOUR processes. The output doesn't sound like AI because it's not generic AI. It's your brain, multiplied. The tool didn't change. The system changed.

SCRIPT #3: "My team tried AI and it created more problems than it solved."

This happens all the time and it's not your team's fault. They got access to a tool with no training, no framework, and no guardrails. Of course the results were bad. That's like hiring someone, not onboarding them, and being surprised when they do the job wrong.

The problem was never the tool. The problem was the approach. Inside A2A, every person on your team learns exactly what to build, how to build it, and what guardrails to put in place so the output is actually good. Their tinkering stops because there's nothing left to tinker with. It just works.

SCRIPT #4: "We're too small for this. AI is for big companies."

Being small is the advantage here, not the obstacle.

SCRIPT #5: "My industry is too different. This won't work for my business."

We've heard this from coffee roasters, chiropractors, real estate investors, manufacturing reps, bookkeepers, pelvic floor clinics, $100M fashion brands, and kitchen gadget salesmen. Every single one of them thought they were the exception. None of them were.

AI doesn't care about your industry. It cares about your workflows. And every business has marketing, sales, operations, and finance. Those are the functions we build AI employees for. The only thing that changes is the data you feed them. Callan has never worked a day in your industry, and that's the point. The principles are universal.

SCRIPT #6: "AI is going to replace me or my team."

We run a multi-million dollar business with a small team. Most companies our size have 25 to 30 people. We stopped needing to hire the next 20. SCRIPT #7: "My team will just tinker with it and stop doing their real job."

We are a human training company. We specialize in teaching human beings how to build AI-powered companies.

Every framework, skill, and way of thinking about AI is something we use inside of our own business every single day. How I got here

Right out of college I found myself sitting inside a Fortune 500 company's conference room watching a team of genuinely talented people spend their entire day copying data from one spreadsheet into another, and I remember thinking, we built technology that can do almost anything, and this is what we're doing with it.

That became my entire career for years. Going inside large organizations, mapping how their operations actually worked, and designing systems to eliminate the parts that should never have required a human in the first place. I loved the problem. The politics inside those companies, not so much.

So I left. Found real estate investing, hired a coach, started building a land business in Florida, and ran straight into the exact same thing.

Then this guy David kept pinging my phone. "Callan, watch this ChatGPT webinar. Watch this ChatGPT webinar."

I finally caved. Fine. Let me just watch the thing.

The first demo changed everything.

He records a Loom of himself walking through a process, drops the transcript into ChatGPT, types one prompt, and out comes a perfectly formatted SOP. Done. He made a couple of tweaks and that was it.

I had been a technology automation consultant for years, building operational systems inside real companies, and I had never seen anything do that.

The thing about me is I am obsessed with finding the faster way. Always have been.

It's why I left corporate when I saw how much inefficiency everyone had just accepted as normal. It's why I kept rebuilding my real estate systems when the ones I was taught looked like they were designed in 1997. I am always hunting for the architecture underneath the work, the place where you can cut ten steps down to one and nobody loses anything except the frustration.

And that one demo opened a door I didn't even know existed.

I paused my land investing business, went all in on building AI systems inside my own company first, then started teaching other business owners how to do it. Here's what's actually required: one 90-minute live implementation session on Tuesdays and one 60-minute office hours session on Wednesdays. Everything is recorded if you can't make it live. Live implementation sessions are every Tuesday from 12:00 to 1:30 PM Central. Office hours are every Wednesday from 12:00 to 1:30 PM Central. Outside of sessions, you'll spend time building AI employees inside your own business, which is work that immediately pays you back in hours saved. Most students spend 3 to 5 hours per week total including the live sessions.

"What if I can't make the live sessions?"

Everything is recorded and available inside TUB Connect for a full year after the program. You can watch replays on your own schedule and still complete all the builds.
