Everything is recorded and available for a year.
And the way most business owners are still using it is stuck 12 months in the past. What follows is the gap that's costing you time, money, and momentum every single week.
Most business owners and leaders ARE using AI. They're not behind in the way they think. They open Claude or ChatGPT, they type a prompt, they get something useful — maybe they draft an email or brainstorm some ideas. They might even think they're pretty good at it.
But here's what's actually happening: they're using AI like a gumball machine. They put their time and energy in, they get one thing out, and then they do it again tomorrow. They're sitting in one long chat with a bunch of random files, starting from scratch every session. The output disappears when they close the tab. Nothing is saved, nothing is trained, nothing is connected. They're AI users, not AI architects. And there is a massive difference.
And every time they hit a growth ceiling or need more capacity, their default is the same as it's always been: hire another person. More headcount, more overhead, more management, more complexity. They don't even consider that the work they're about to hire for could be done by an AI employee for $20 to $200 a month.
Six months ago, the AI tools most people were using could write text and answer questions. That was about it. They couldn't access your files, connect to your business tools, run on a schedule, or take action without you sitting there. They were assistants you had to babysit.
That's not where we are anymore. AI can now read your spreadsheets, connect to your apps, run on a recurring schedule, build entire applications, write and send communications, analyze your data, and execute multi-step workflows across your entire business without you sitting there. Tools like Claude have gone from conversational AI to something that can actually operate inside your business. Agents can now run tasks across multiple platforms while you sleep. The infrastructure for AI employees — trained systems that do real work on a schedule — didn't exist 12 months ago. It does now.
The payoff is massive. AI employees that write your marketing content in your exact voice every week without you touching it. AI employees that score 70,000 leads and deliver the top 50 to your sales team before breakfast. AI employees that take yesterday's meeting transcripts and organize them into your project management system overnight. All of this was impossible 12 months ago. None of it requires a single line of code.
Right now, the most profitable and efficient companies have dozens or hundreds of AI employees running inside their business. These are trained AI systems with knowledge, skills, tool access, and a schedule. They know the business, they talk in the brand's voice, they use the company's data, and they do repeatable work without a human sitting there doing it.
Last year we did $4.2M with seven people and this year we're on track for $15M with 25 humans and over 150 AI employees that scale alongside them. That's the leverage. The humans got more valuable AND the AI employees multiplied what each person could do. Each team member is managing AI employees that save tens of thousands of dollars per year — and more importantly, allow them to focus on the work they love.
And the founder isn't the bottleneck anymore because the business isn't running on their energy, it's running on systems. They close their laptop at 4:30 and they're actually done. Not "done but checking Slack at dinner." Done. Present as a partner, as a parent, and having more fun building their company than they've had in years.
Four layers. One system.
The AI Committed Founder enables the AI Architects who build the AI Employees that run on the AI Business Brain.

HUMAN: YOU
AI Committed Founder
You cannot have an AI-powered business without an AI-committed founder. If it's not a part of performance reviews, if there's no vision for each role in an AI-powered future, if the founder doesn't understand what's possible, none of this trickles down. If you want your team to build, you have to build first.
The payoff
You stop being the person who runs the business and become the person who grows it. You live in imagination and strategy instead of implementation and doing.

HUMAN: YOUR TEAM
AI Architects
An AI Architect sees a business pain, a bottleneck, or an opportunity and solves it by building an AI employee. They spot, they build, and they train. Most people use AI like a gumball machine: put a quarter in, get one thing out, repeat. An AI Architect builds the factory. Every person on your team can learn to think this way.

Trained Digital Helpers
AI Employees
A trained digital helper that does real work inside your business. Each AI employee handles a specific body of work, either on demand when you call it or on a schedule while you sleep. It knows your business, your voice, your data, and your processes. It does work that humans shouldn't be doing anymore, or work that nobody ever had time to do in the first place.
The payoff
Scale with a lean team. Your best people do their best work. You stop hiring unnecessarily. Our 150+ AI employees cost between $20 to $200 a month each.

The Foundation
AI Business Brain
The organized collection of everything your business knows: your data, knowledge, client stories, SOPs, brand voice, and processes, structured so AI can actually access it, use it, and work with it. Right now your business knowledge is scattered everywhere. Without a Business Brain, every AI employee you build is guessing.
The payoff
Infinite scale. If a human leaves, the business never stops. No more bottlenecks. Complexity drops. And it compounds over time, getting smarter and more valuable the longer it runs.
If you're missing any one of these layers, the other three don't work.
By Week 12, you'll have all four.

Live Implementation Sessions: Tuesdays 12 to 1:30 CT
Office Hours: Wednesdays 12 to 1:30 CT
12 weeks starting May 12 - August 11, 2026
Every single week, you build something with us. This includes AI employees and AI systems that are working inside your business before the next session starts. We actually force you to build because that's the difference between programs that change your life and programs that you show up for a couple of weeks and then ghost.
*As you know, AI is moving FAST. Our team is constantly testing new tools as they're released, so the curriculum may shift along the way. Any changes we make are designed to give you the most valuable, up-to-date training possible.
July 4th Week: Break. Breathe. Explore. Keep experimenting.
The Vision Caster (proprietary) projects the role 12, 24, and 36 months forward as AI compounds. Tells you the 3 capabilities the hire must have now and flags the 3 signals they'll be obsolete inside a year.
PHASE 1
Your AI finally knows your business
WEEKS 0 - 1
Your AI knows who you are, how you talk, what your business does, who your clients are, and how you think. Most people spend months trying to "figure out AI." You'll have your entire business loaded into AI by the end of Week 1.
WEEK 0: Tech setup, file structure, beginning your AI Business Brain
WEEK 1: Core prompting frameworks, personal prompt library, Artifacts
PHASE 2
You build, train, and test your first AI employees
WEEKS 2 - 6
Five departments fully built out with AI employees doing real work inside your business. Your marketing creates content in your voice while you sleep. Your sales follow-ups happen without you. Your operations get organized. Your customer experience is proactive instead of reactive. Your finances are clear and your data is in dashboards you can read.
This is where the ROI starts, and this is where most people say "why did I wait so long."
WEEK 2: Marketing AI employees that write, create, and think in your voice
WEEK 3: Operations and process AI employees that keep your business running clean
WEEK 4: Sales AI employees that know your products, objections, and success stories
WEEK 5: Customer success AI employees that keep clients happy without you
WEEK 6: Finance AI employees + data dashboards that give you real-time visibility
PHASE 3
Scaling your team and your genius
WEEKS 7 - 8
Your team starts to think like AI Architects. They get the mindset shift and the frameworks to spot opportunities and build AI employees on their own. This is where the culture shift happens.
We also cover how to find and hire the right humans for an AI-powered business.
WEEK 7: Team adoption, leadership, and integration frameworks
WEEK 8: AI HR: finding and hiring the right humans for your AI-powered company
PHASE 4
Vibe coding, advanced builds, and finalizing your AI Business Brain
WEEKS 9 - 10
You learn to build actual apps and software with zero coding experience using vibe coding. You go beyond what most people think is possible with AI. And you finalize your AI Business Brain: all of your business knowledge, data, client stories, frameworks, and processes organized and accessible so AI can operate inside your business at the highest level. This is where everything compounds.
WEEK 9: Vibe Coding: build software and apps without writing code
WEEK 10: Finalizing your AI Business Brain + advanced use cases
WEEK 11: Going beyond: entering the top 0.01% of AI users
PHASE 5
You show the world what you built
WEEK 12
You present what you built. You see what hundreds of other people built. You get your personal AI roadmap for what to build next. And your brain is permanently different. You will never look at a business problem the same way again.
This is the cooking class effect: you've been watching other founders solve problems with AI for 12 weeks, and now your brain sees possibilities everywhere.
WEEK 12: Student Showcase: live demos, personal AI roadmap, certificates

You built your business to $3M, $5M, maybe $10M by being excellent at everything. Now that excellence is the trap. Every decision, every approval, every strategic call runs through you. Your team can execute, but the business IS you. And the only solution anyone ever offers is: hire another person.

One of them is saving $5,000 a month on a customer success agent they no longer need to hire.
Another eliminated $48,000 a year in agency spend in one afternoon.
Every week that goes by where you're paying a human to do work an AI employee could handle is thousands of dollars you didn't need to spend.
Right now, most founders and leaders spend their entire day in execution. Following up, updating, reporting, scheduling, formatting, chasing, checking. The work that has to get done but doesn't require your brain at its best. And by the time you're finished with all of it, you have nothing left for the work that actually grows the business.
When AI employees handle the execution, you get your brain back. You get to be the creative, strategic human you were when you first started your business, back when every day felt like building something that mattered instead of managing a machine that runs on your energy.

AI employees handled the rest
We need to be clear about this. AI employees do not replace your team. They replace the WORK your team shouldn't be doing in the first place.
Every business needs humans. Humans build the relationships. Humans make the judgment calls. Humans bring the creativity and the empathy and the leadership that no AI can touch. We love humans and we will always love humans. This company exists to TRAIN humans, not to replace them.
A2A is not about building AI employees so you can fire your team. It's about teaching your team how to use and leverage AI so they can do more, do it better, and enjoy their job even more.

When your people learn to build AI employees that handle the repetitive parts of their role, they get to spend their time on the work that actually excites them. That's not a threat to your team. That's the best thing you could ever give them.
But the human's role is changing. The most valuable human in the room is no longer the one who can do the most work. It's the one who can build the systems that do the work. The human who knows how to take a bottleneck, build an AI employee that eliminates it, and free up their team to do the higher-level thinking that actually moves the business forward.
The goal is to promote your people to AI Architects, not replace them. They go from doing the work to designing the work. And when that happens, your humans become exponentially more valuable, not less.
Our VP of Product & Innovation walks you through what it actually looks like inside A2A.
Most people think AI employees are a business thing. Dashboards. Reports. Funnels. Ad creative. And they are. But the skill itself, the ability to train AI with context so it compounds over time, that is a LIFE skill.
I have AI employees that handle my meal planning, my personal finances (which used to be so complicated across multiple businesses and entities, and now it's easy), my personal development and coaching, and my relationships. I have one that knows the history of my relationship with Nicole, that knows how I show up in conflict, the patterns I fall into, and what I'm working on as a human.

I'm more present in my personal life, I'm more thoughtful in my relationships, and I'm not carrying the mental weight of every little system and decision on my own anymore.
And the pattern is the same every single time, whether you're training an AI employee to run your ad creative or to coach you through a hard conversation. You give it YOUR context. You feed it real results. You correct it when it's wrong. And the outputs compound.
Manages my personal finances across multiple businesses and entities. Used to be so complicated I dreaded looking at it. Now it's easy. Tracks spending, flags upcoming obligations, gives me a weekly snapshot. The mental weight of managing money across everything just disappeared.
Plans meals for the week based on what's in the fridge, dietary preferences, and how much time I actually have to cook. Generates the grocery list automatically. Eliminated the 6pm "what are we eating" panic forever.
Knows the history of my relationship with Nicole. Knows how I show up in conflict, the patterns I fall into, and what I'm working on as a human. When something comes up, I go to it before I react. I've become a better partner, a better communicator, and a more thoughtful human because of this one AI employee.
My personal development AI employee. Trained on the books, frameworks, and philosophies that have shaped how I think. When I'm facing a tough decision or working through something personally, it pulls from the exact material that resonates with me and helps me think clearly.
Knows every update, contractor, invoice, and improvement on my house. Tracks warranties, maintenance schedules, and property value. The kind of thing you never think you need until you realize how much mental space it was quietly consuming.
Everybody has beliefs that runs in the background of our thinking, without even realizing they're there. These are stories you've told yourself so many times that it became invisible, and it's quietly making every decision for you.
These are the most common objections we see most often in founders and leaders who know AI matters but haven't made the shift yet. They feel true to them, and some of them ARE partially true, but every single one of them is solvable.
As you read, take a look to see which of these apply to you.
This is the most common thing we hear and it's the most wrong. AI is not a technical skill. It's a communication skill. If you can explain how your business works to a new hire, you can train an AI employee. You're not writing code. You're not building software in the traditional sense. You're telling AI what your business does, how you talk, what your customers need, and what work needs to get done. That's it.
I have never coded a day in my life. I went to school for business. I loved my psychology class. I have personally built over 30 AI employees. Our COO built a $10,000/year software replacement in 4 hours with zero technical background. My DAD, Matt, is 67 years old and can barely share his screen on Zoom (love you, Dad lol). He built a $10K/month AI business. If my father can do this, I promise you can too. The people who do best in this program are clear communicators, not coders.
You're right. Most AI output IS terrible. If you open ChatGPT and type "write me an email," you're going to get something that sounds like a robot with a thesaurus. We hated it too.
But that's what happens when there's no system. The AI doesn't know your business, your voice, your customers, or your standards. It's guessing. When you build an AI employee using the framework we teach, it's trained on YOUR data, YOUR voice, and YOUR processes. The output doesn't sound like AI because it's not generic AI. It's your brain, multiplied. The tool didn't change. The system changed.
This happens all the time and it's not your team's fault. They got access to a tool with no training, no framework, and no guardrails. Of course the results were bad. That's like hiring someone, not onboarding them, and being surprised when they do the job wrong.
The problem was never the tool. The problem was the approach. Inside A2A, every person on your team learns exactly what to build, how to build it, and what guardrails to put in place so the output is actually good. Their tinkering stops because there's nothing left to tinker with. It just works.
It's the opposite. Big companies can afford to be inefficient. They have 30 people doing what AI could handle. You don't have that luxury. Every hour matters MORE when you're small, not less.
We've had chiropractors with 5-person practices, founders doing under a million a year, and small teams of 2-3 people go through this program and come out the other side operating like a company ten times their size. Because when you're small, you can deploy AI across your entire operation in weeks instead of the years it takes a big company to get through their approval process. Being small is the advantage here, not the obstacle.
We've heard this from coffee roasters, chiropractors, real estate investors, manufacturing reps, bookkeepers, pelvic floor clinics, $100M fashion brands, and kitchen gadget salesmen. Every single one of them thought they were the exception. None of them were.
AI doesn't care about your industry. It cares about your workflows. And every business has marketing, sales, operations, and finance. Those are the functions we build AI employees for. The only thing that changes is the data you feed them. Callan has never worked a day in your industry, and that's the point. The principles are universal.
We run a multi-million dollar business with a small team. Most companies our size have 25 to 30 people. We stopped needing to hire the next 20. Each person now does the work of three or four, not because they're working harder, but because AI handles the tasks that were below their skill level anyway.
The goal is to promote your people to AI Architects, not replace them. They go from doing the work to designing the work. The person on your team who learns to build AI employees becomes the most valuable human in the room. That's not a threat. That's a career accelerator.
That happens when people have open-ended access with no direction. It doesn't happen when each person has one purpose-built AI employee designed for their specific role. Not 50 experiments. One tool that does one job and does it well.
Inside A2A, every person on your team builds AI employees for THEIR specific workflows. The tinkering stops because there's nothing left to tinker with. The AI employee is built, it's trained, it's running, and they move on to the next one.
Most founders spend 10 to 20 hours a week on things that feel repetitive. Following up, writing emails, creating proposals, organizing files, pulling reports. Over a year, that's 500 to 1,000 hours spent on work AI employees could handle.
Our students start getting time back in Week 1. Not after 12 weeks of study. Week 1. One of them went from hours of contract turnaround to 7 minutes. Another got back 18 hours a week. You don't have time NOT to do this. The 40 to 60 hours you invest in learning this skill will pay back thousands of hours over the next year.
Other programs teach AI. We train you to build AI employees inside YOUR business with YOUR data. There's a difference. Most AI courses show you what's possible and then leave you to figure out how to apply it. You leave inspired but nothing changes.
A2A forces you to build something real every single week. By the end of Week 1, your AI knows your business. By Week 6, you have five AI employees doing real work. You're not learning theory. You're building systems that are running inside your business before the next session starts. 78% completion rate. That's not an accident.
This is the real question, and it's not about the dollars. At your level, you have the money. What you don't have is time to waste on something that doesn't work. You've invested in programs before and they collected dust.
Here's why this is different: the time you invest in A2A comes back to you in multiples. Every AI employee you build saves you hours every single week, permanently. Our students are reclaiming 10 to 20 hours per week within the first few weeks. The program doesn't add to your workload. It replaces the parts of your workload that have been eating you alive. The math on this isn't subtle: if A2A saves you from even one hire, it's a 9x return in Year 1. Payment plans start at $997/month.

A screen share walking through the wins inside Slack and the daily conversations from our most recent cohort.
We are a human training company. We specialize in teaching human beings how to build AI-powered companies.
We were the first to market bringing live AI education to business leaders and their teams, starting in early 2024. We've trained over 10,000 businesses across our paid programs and free workshops and this is our 5th cohort of A2A.
Every framework, skill, and way of thinking about AI is something we use inside of our own business every single day. It is way harder to scale a business with AI than it is to build cool things with AI. That is what we have figured out. And that is what separates us from every AI influencer on YouTube.
But if I'm being honest about what we're actually doing here, it goes a lot deeper than AI.
I think most people are living and working in a way that was never really designed for them. Doing tasks that drain them, staying stuck in the administrative and the mundane, and never quite getting to the work that actually lights them up. And I think that's a problem we can fix.
Remember when you were a kid and you could imagine anything? You'd sit there dreaming up businesses, inventions, worlds that didn't exist yet, and it felt like the most natural thing in the world. Somewhere along the way, most of us lost that. We got buried in spreadsheets and follow-ups and admin and we forgot what it felt like to just... build something from nothing because the idea excited us.
What we're building is a world where humans get to work at their highest level. Where the repetitive, soul-crushing work gets handed off to AI employees, and the people get to do the thinking, the creating, the leading, the living. We're giving people their imagination back.
The gap between businesses that have figured out how to build with AI and businesses that are still using it like a search engine is getting wider every single week. And the founders and leaders pulling ahead right now don't have access to better tools than you. They simply changed the way they think about their work, their team, and their company.
They stopped being the person who does the work and became the person who builds the thing that does the work. They taught their teams to think this way too. And they built a Business Brain underneath their company so that AI could actually operate inside of it.
That's what we teach. Not tools. Not prompts. Not content creation tricks. We teach you how to become an AI Architect and build an AI-powered business that runs on systems instead of you.
One of our students, Dr. Steph, is on the exact same growth trajectory as us. She did $1M in 2024, $2.6M in 2025, and is on track for $10M in 2026. She's a coach and chiropractor, not an AI company. She and her team have been through every round of A2A, following our exact playbook. This is not a coincidence.
We've been living, breathing, and teaching AI for business since July 2023. We've trained over 10,000 businesses. We've run this program four times and we're about to run it a fifth. And every single thing we teach, we use inside our own company every single day. You learn from operators, not influencers.
Whether you plan to sell your business someday or not, the way you should be building it is exactly the same: a business that can run without you. A business with real enterprise value. A business that your team loves working in because AI handles the work that was draining them. That's what I want for every person who walks through this door.
Right out of college I found myself sitting inside a Fortune 500 company's conference room watching a team of genuinely talented people spend their entire day copying data from one spreadsheet into another, and I remember thinking, we built technology that can do almost anything, and this is what we're doing with it.
That became my entire career for years. Going inside large organizations, mapping how their operations actually worked, and designing systems to eliminate the parts that should never have required a human in the first place. I loved the problem. The politics inside those companies, not so much.
So I left. Found real estate investing, hired a coach, started building a land business in Florida, and ran straight into the exact same thing.
Then this guy David kept pinging my phone. "Callan, watch this ChatGPT webinar. Watch this ChatGPT webinar."
I finally caved. Fine. Let me just watch the thing.
The first demo changed everything.
He records a Loom of himself walking through a process, drops the transcript into ChatGPT, types one prompt, and out comes a perfectly formatted SOP. Done. He made a couple of tweaks and that was it.
I had been a technology automation consultant for years, building operational systems inside real companies, and I had never seen anything do that.
The thing about me is I am obsessed with finding the faster way. Always have been.
It's why I left corporate when I saw how much inefficiency everyone had just accepted as normal. It's why I kept rebuilding my real estate systems when the ones I was taught looked like they were designed in 1997. I am always hunting for the architecture underneath the work, the place where you can cut ten steps down to one and nobody loses anything except the frustration.
And that one demo opened a door I didn't even know existed.
I paused my land investing business, went all in on building AI systems inside my own company first, then started teaching other business owners how to do it. Free masterclasses, then a full training program. We've trained more than 10,000 entrepreneurs since then, and The Uncommon Business went from zero to $4.2 million in revenue in 18 months with a team of seven.
The difference between that company and the consulting company I had before was that one was built on systems and one was built on me, and those are not the same thing at all.

Most people who enroll in A2A end up bringing their team. Once you see what's possible, you realize you don't want to be the only AI Architect in the building. You want your COO building dashboards, your marketing team building AI employee that write in your voice. Every human on your team building alongside you.
Team seats are $1,500 each. Send your whole team.

One investment. Three compounding returns.
Every dollar you put in works in three directions at once.
Avoided hires ($84K each)
Eliminated agency spend
Reclaimed hours (10–20/wk)
Reduced tool & vendor costs
costs that disappear permanently
Spot opportunities + build in hours
Launch faster than competitors
Team output multiplied 3–5x
Margins up, not just revenue
revenue grows while hours shrink
Business runs without you
AI Architect culture on your team
Systems that compound over time
A business you could sell
the asset that keeps appreciating
The ROI of A2A isn't just one number. It's three.
You save money by avoiding hires and eliminating spend on work AI employees can handle.
You make more money because your team spots opportunities and builds solutions in hours instead of months.
And you build enterprise value because a business that runs on systems instead of the founder's energy is a business that can scale, that can be valued, and that can be sold.
Our students are saving $5,000 a month on customer success agents they no longer need. Others have eliminated $48,000 a year in agency spend in a single afternoon. And that's just the "save" column. The "make" column is where it gets exciting: teams producing 3-5x the output, launching in days instead of months, finding revenue opportunities that were invisible when every hour was consumed by execution.
And to be clear, this isn't about replacing the people you already have. It's about making them more powerful. When your team learns to think like AI Architects, they spot problems AND opportunities everywhere, and they can build the solution before the week is over. You're not cutting headcount. You're building a culture where every person on your team is a builder.

Your business becomes discoverable by both Google AND AI models like ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity. GEO is being massively underrated right now, and we think it's like Bitcoin in 2010. Chris D. at Serious Land Capital 5X'd his GEO article output weekly, reduced the time from 58 minutes per article to 5 minutes for the ENTIRE batch, then got his first direct AI generated lead submission.

A dedicated 2-hour session with Callan for founders and leaders who bought team seats. This is how you set the culture, run performance reviews with AI in mind, and make sure the AI Architect identity actually takes root across your organization. Because the biggest risk after A2A is going back to your company and being the only person who thinks this way.

What's allowed under HIPAA, what isn't, and how do you build the systems we've been building in this program without putting your business or your patients at risk. This panel brings together compliance and AI expertise to answer those questions directly, so you can move forward with your AI builds confidently and legally.

Complete at least 75% of the curriculum through live sessions or replays, attempt to build the AI employees we teach, and if you're not satisfied with your results, we'll give you your money back. We're that confident in what happens when you actually do the work.
Here's what's actually required: one 90-minute live implementation session on Tuesdays and one 60-minute office hours session on Wednesdays. Everything is recorded if you can't make it live. Outside of sessions, you're spending time building AI employees inside your own business, which is work that immediately pays you back in hours saved. Most students reclaim 10 to 20 hours per week within the first few weeks. The program doesn't add to your workload. It replaces the parts of your workload that have been eating you alive.
Other programs teach AI. We train you to build AI employees inside YOUR business with YOUR data. There's a difference. Most AI courses show you what's possible and then leave you to figure out how to apply it. You leave inspired but nothing changes. In A2A, you're building real AI employees every single week that are working inside your business before the next session starts. This curriculum has been refined across four cohorts. We know what works.
This is the most common concern we hear, and it's the one that dissolves fastest. We've had coffee roasters, chiropractors, HVAC companies, commercial fishermen, manufacturing firms, real estate agencies, $100M fashion brands, financial advisors, coaches, and digital intelligence firms go through this program. Every single business has marketing, sales, operations, customer success, and finance. Those are the five departments we build out. The AI employees look different for a plumber than they do for a coaching company, but the framework is exactly the same.
My dad is 67 and can barely share his screen on Zoom lol. He built a $10K/month AI business. Our COO had never coded a day in her life and built a full dashboard in 4 hours. I've never written a line of code either. AI is a communication skill, not a tech skill. If you can explain how your business works to a new hire, you can train an AI employee.
A single full-time hire costs $75,000 to $84,000 per year. If A2A saves you from even one hire, it's a 9x return in Year 1. But the bigger value is the time: if you're spending 20+ hours a week doing work that AI employees could handle, every week you wait is time you don't get back. And the skills alone that you receive on day one, the pre-built AI employees and engineered prompts that are already tested and running inside our business, those alone are worth the investment. Payment plans start at $997/month.
If you're someone with 40 to 60 hours of free time to spend learning, experimenting, building, testing, and iterating on your own, you absolutely can. Go on YouTube, start building, and figure it out over the next 6 to 12 months. But if you're a founder or leader who values shortcuts, this is what we've spent the last three years building: a system that takes you from wherever you are to having a full AI-powered business in 12 weeks. There's a reason Callan paid Alex Hormozi $150,000 for three days of his time. Shortcuts to success are the most valuable investment you can make. If AI skill set alone was the answer, every Claude Code power user on YouTube would be running a $10M business. They're not. They're building toys, not businesses. We teach you how to scale a business with AI.
A consultant builds you one thing and leaves. We train your whole team to think this way. That's the difference between renting and owning. After a consultant leaves, the system decays. After A2A, your team keeps building. Plus, the problem with outsourcing AI to a consultant is they don't know your business. They don't know your voice, your customers, your standards. We sat with Adley's team recently and looked at the AI agents her "AI guy" had built. The social media content generator produced content she would never use in a million years. The problem wasn't the technology. The problem was that a random consultant can't train AI to sound like you. Only you and your team can.
This is actually MORE for you than anyone else. Right now you ARE marketing, sales, operations, customer success, and finance. You're wearing every hat. After A2A, your org chart isn't just you. It's you plus a team of AI employees handling all five departments. You have two choices: keep doing everything yourself and burn out. Or build AI employees that take work off your plate for $20 to $200 a month instead of hiring humans for $5,000 a month each. Order of operations matters: build your AI team first, then decide which humans you actually need.
A small team might benefit the most. When you only have a few people, everyone is wearing every hat. After A2A, your org chart isn't just your humans. It's your humans plus a team of AI employees handling marketing, sales, operations, finance, and customer success. The founders who come through with lean teams consistently say this is where the ROI hits hardest, because you're multiplying the output of every single person, and nobody needs to get hired to make it happen.
We get this a lot from operations leaders and VPs who know A2A is the right move but need to build the case internally. Here's the math: if your team of 10 each saves 3 hours per week at a $50/hr loaded cost, that's $78,000 per year in recovered capacity. One avoided hire saves $75K to $84K. A2A pays for itself before you're halfway through the program. We can help you build the ROI framework for your executive team. Team seats are $1,500 each.
Live implementation sessions are every Tuesday from 12:00 to 1:30 PM Central. Office hours are every Wednesday from 12:00 to 1:30 PM Central. Outside of sessions, you'll spend time building AI employees inside your own business, which is work that immediately pays you back in hours saved. Most students spend 3 to 5 hours per week total including the live sessions.
Everything is recorded and available inside TUB Connect for a full year after the program. You can watch replays on your own schedule and still complete all the builds. Many of our most successful students catch replays because they're in different time zones or have scheduling conflicts. The recordings count toward the Do the Work Guarantee requirements.
Yes, and we strongly recommend it. Most people who enroll in A2A end up bringing their team because once you see what's possible, you realize you don't want to be the only AI Architect in the building. Team seats are $1,500 each (compared to the full price of $8,997). There's no limit on how many team seats you can add. If you purchased at least one team seat, your team also gets access to a bonus Team Adoption workshop with Callan.
Callan Faulkner is the founder and CEO of The Uncommon Business. She spent 15+ years in Fortune 500 consulting, went into real estate, then saw what was possible with AI in July 2023 and went all in. She's never written a line of code in her life. She built TUB from zero to $4.2M in 18 months and is on track for $15M this year with a team of 25 humans and over 150 AI employees. She has personally built over 30 AI employees. She leads every Tuesday implementation session and builds live systems in real time. She's been named one of the top AI business coaches in the world. You learn from someone who is actively scaling a business with AI every single day, not someone teaching theory from a stage.
All recordings, curriculum, playbooks, and deliverables inside TUB Connect are available for one full year. The Vault (AI employee and skill library) is also available for one year. CalChat (the 24/7 AI coach) is available for the duration of the program. The AI employees and skills you build during the program are yours forever.
You'll need a Claude Pro or Max subscription (we'll walk you through setup in Week 0). We also use Notion and Google Drive. No coding tools, no technical setup beyond that. We teach inside Claude because it's the most powerful tool for building AI employees, but the frameworks you learn apply regardless of which AI tools you use.
